We are on the search for an experienced General Manager to join us, you could be part of our team!

Deep Blue Restaurants Ltd, locally serving fish and chips, we have been established since 2003 and welcomed Harrys Ramsdens into our family in 2018 making us the largest fish and chips provider in the UK. We have also added and internal Street Food Brand!

An opportunity has arisen to work in one of the finest Venues as a Restaurant General Manager
Our Prime Location with 200+ seating is an opportunity to grow not only in this position but with the view of further progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day today food service

Support the team and head chef working within budgets and tracking costs effectively

Effectively communication with the wider team to ensure food service is to the highest standard

Promoting the Venue

Day to Day Management of the operation


Key Skills and Experience of the Restaurant Manager:

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering to Budgets and KPI’s. You will have successful time management skills - and be organised and detail focused, with the ability to handle high pressure requests, Ideally have experience of running multi sites as the site has a restaurant and a takeaway on the same location.


You will be a proactive problem solver, who can prioritise deadlines to deal with changing requirements.

With excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, you will work seamlessly with a diverse team, and have strong collaboration skills, adjusting your communication style to different audiences, including senior Operations Team

Must have a great presents and ability to drive and grow a team.


As a General Manager, you will need -
- Experience of managing teams
- Budget P&L, health & safety, stock, recruitment, training and all store management
- Restaurant experience
