We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bartending Staff. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile and escort them to their table
- Provide guests with menu recommendations and offer suggestions for wine and beverage pairings
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their dining experience
- Manage guest payments and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
