Resourcing Coordinator
Location: Solihull / Gateshead
What you will be doing:
An opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Coordinator to join the team at Galliford Try.
You will work as part of the Resourcing Team and play a crucial role in supporting us to attract the best talent. We are a high volume team and are ideally looking for someone who has recruitment or general HR experience and enjoys supporting an organisation that is fast moving.
There is a huge opportunity to truly make a difference with this role. We are in the early stages of transforming our Resourcing function to offer enhanced expertise around sourcing, selection and candidate management and you will have the opportunity to become involved in exciting projects as well as providing critical administrative support to the Resourcing Partners and Head of Resourcing.
A few key deliverables for the role are:
- Support in the creation of vacancies within the Taleo Recruitment System (we will move to using Oracle Recruiting Cloud in 2023)
- Support the internal resourcing team as and when required and with drafting and posting job adverts, screening, interviewing arranging and the wider candidate journey
- Agency Management, supporting with managing the PSL partners and forging a lasting partnership between GT Resourcing Team and our Supply Chain
- Scheduling outlook appointments, booking rooms for interviews, organizing calendars
- Supporting hiring managers in the correct recruitment process
- Keep Teams channel and Internal Intranet up to date with relevant resourcing documents
- Updating and maintaining email inboxes, Taleo, and trackers to monitor the candidate journey and recruitment process.
- Be aligned to HR initiatives in sourcing candidates from diverse talent pools, demonstrate growth mindset and be commercially aware.
- Help report on recruitment trends, solutions and successful initiatives and use that information to identify future improvements.
- Manage and support the business in group wide / regional recruitment campaigns.
- Ad hoc reporting for the team and Head of Resourcing when required
About You:
You will be a great team player with knowledge of recruitment processes. Excellent working experience of Excel and other MS suite applications is important too. A big part of the role is speaking to people, so good communication skills are also key!
We are a busy team, based all over the UK and we are looking for someone who can work to tight deadlines, have a great attention to detail and be able to prioritise and organise their workload.
