Are you an experienced financial advice professional with a passion for financial planning and leadership? Do you have a proven track record of building profitable client books and fostering strong relationships with fellow professionals? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to excel as a Financial Planning Manager and make a significant impact in our client’s growth plans.
As a Financial Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of financial planners to help grow the overall business. You will need the ability to identify and address client needs, forging meaningful client and colleague relationship, with the ability to lead and manage workloads independently, while handling multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching and guiding the advice team to achieve outstanding performance.
- Managing an existing client book while seeking new business opportunities for growth.
- Developing operational strategies to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evolving the advice proposition to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Allocating resources strategically to support overall business growth and objectives.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating with Financial Planning Managers from other offices
To thrive and be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in building profitable client books and establishing strong relationships with professionals like accountants, solicitors, and introducers. You will have excellent communication, leadership, and management skills to lead and mentor financial planners with varying skill levels, as well as srong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of the financial advice landscape and tools/services to attract and retain clients. You will also have proficient project and financial management abilities, ensuring the delivery of KPIs and objectives, and exceptional collaboration skills, building partnerships, and navigating cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
