Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head of Legal on a variety of legal matters
- Providing effective legal guidance across the Bank where required, with a focus on Commercial and IT contracts e.g., MSAs, SAS agreements, software licenses, cloud-based agreements
- Carrying out research and analysing new relevant legislation
- Preparing legal reports for the Board, Board Committees, Executive Committees, and other internal teams
- Providing legal assistance on key cross-functional projects as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a 1+ PQE commercial tech lawyer with experience in a financial services, fintech, or banking business. The individual should be keen to jump into a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where they can grow as a commercially-minded lawyer.
