Temporary, Fixed Term Contract for approximately 3-6 months

Hours: 23-37 hours per week (3 to 5 days per week), to be agreed around the needs of the business and the successful candidate

We have an opportunity for a Resources Co-ordinator to join our team to co-ordinate office and HR resources to ensure colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.

With a focus on key skills such as listening well, planning and organising, attention to detail, with a high level of focus on tasks which require accuracy, a flexible approach and use of initiative, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

You will have excellent IT skills and be confident in using technology, including use of internet, email, Teams and all Microsoft Office 365 applications and an ability to quickly learn new systems.

Our ideal applicant will have previous experience working as an office administrator, preferably with experience of general HR administrative tasks, as well as knowledge and/or experience of health and safety, including wellbeing.

You will be comfortable in managing and prioritising competing deadlines and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Excellent written / verbal communication and active listening skills are essential including proficiency in written and spoken English.
