As a Resource Management Senior Associate, you will deliver people deployment solutions, often in fast paced and changing environments. You will work in partnership with stakeholders, using your commercial mindset, business acumen and Management Information (MI) to inform and influence decisions.

You will have the opportunity to maximise resource sharing and enable the delivery of PwC services to our clients through your actions, including the opportunity to develop critical skills needed to be successful in a fast paced professional services environment.

About the role

  • Proactively assist in the delivery of people deployment and workforce planning solutions using systems and tools such as Profile, Finder, TalentLink, Career Opportunities and the Resource Tracker to enable effective Workforce Planning

  • Develop a strong understanding of Resource Management, People Deployment and Workforce Planning methodologies

  • Work in an agile way to support colleagues and peers

  • Build your knowledge and understanding of portfolio growth plans to be able to provide the business with pragmatic advice on people deployment and resourcing solutions that drive growth and profitability

  • Share knowledge, best practice and network with your colleagues across the business and Resource Management Function

  • Influencing colleagues to redeploy them

  • Discuss roles and opportunities with Associates and Senior Associates

  • Understand key skills and experience of the workforce

About You

  • Time management and organisation - ability to manage your own time and workload to meet KPIs and deadlines

  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure - proven ability to operate under pressure with conflicting priorities, tight deadlines and demanding stakeholder needs
