Responsibilities:
- Ensure service users are safe and supported in their environment.
- Support service users to make informed choices, plan activities, and carry out their day-to-day activities.
- Encourage and support service users to live as independently as possible.
- Be aware of legal and professional obligations.
- Use different communication skills with service users, carers and other professionals.
- Encourage them to be independent, participate in the community and enjoy life.
