Residential Support Worker
We have full-time opportunities for support workers to join our teams in our children’s homes in Cowbridge area. We aim to provide a homely environment where children feel safe, supported and nurtured so if you have a passion for working with children who have not had the easiest start in life, and are motivated and passionate enough to want to make a difference, then please get in touch with us.
What we are looking for:
- Previous care experience (preferred but not essential).
- A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
- Compassion and empathy.
- Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice.
- A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation and resilience.
- Good communication skills.
- 22 years of age or older (considered essential to ensure there is an appropriate age gap between the children we support and the staff looking after them).
- Full UK manual driving license (essential).
