Digital Marketer Apprenticeship x 37.5 hours per week

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours over Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 4.30pm with flexible working arrangements for an 18 month period
This role involves working with the Medical Education Team primarily based at Hull Royal Infirmary.
Duties will include handling queries, communicating effectively with staff and external organisations, minute taking, answering telephones, data input, contributing to social media campaigns and website updates, producing documents and reports, filing and archiving, along with general customer service, and administration within the department. Like all Trust colleagues, they will be required to follow all policies and procedures.

The ME Team supports various education and training activities for Doctors in Training, Trust Doctors as well as their Trainers across both HRI and CHH sites in the Trust.
The post holder will be involved in the day to day technical support of the AV kit in teaching rooms, offering AV support to meetings, teachings and conferences etc.
The role also includes promoting the service through various social media platforms as well as being involved in design and creation of posters for in-house display. There will also be an administrative element to the role in terms of Av kit inventory and attendance at meetings.
