High End Residential Smart Home Sales
Salary to be competitive with job role standards & negotiated based on applicant experience although we are looking for an applicant that is suited to a £40k base salary + package and commission bonuses
Our client is a leading integrator operating in the multi-use, multi-dwelling, residential market. The company currently has three business brands Connect, Select and Protect. It is the SELECT business that has a position to fill.
Select is a unique platform in the AV&E sector and as such has seen in recent times an exponential growth. The portal is aimed at 2 customers. On the B2B side we target Developers and influencers in the construction industry. On the B2C side, we convert homeowners that buy our clients properties.We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and knowledgeable candidate to work directly for the company as the leading residential sales manager.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for homeowner conversions, portal demonstrations and presentations and project management.
The candidate must have a proven track record of working in a sales role, preferably in the residential smart home sector or similar and be client facing. They will have the ability to communicate technical systems in a clear way that a non technical homeowner can understand is essential. The candidate will be responsible for meeting with the end client, liaising with ourdesign team to create the detailed design and handing over to the delivery team to deliver, whilst monitoring the project alongside the project managers to make sure the project is delivered to specification and budget. They will report directly to the company directors.
The right candidate must have a track record of working on high end residential projects and delivering the above systems. You will also be comfortable being client facing. You must be a good networker and have a good level of technical knowledge.

The candidate must be London based and have a driving license. Work will mostly be in London and the surrounding counties although projects may be further afield from time to time.

Desirable experience and knowledge of but not essential as company will offer training
- Lighting Control - Lutron Homeworks and RA2, KNX
- Shades and window treatments - Lutron/ Crestron/ Silent Gliss
- Home Cinema
- Control Systems - Crestron, Savant and Control4
- Networking - Draytek, Ruckus, Ubiquiti
- KNX / HVAC / BMS experience would be a bonus
