Job descriptionJackson Sims Recruitment are currently seeking a full time Residential Night Security Officer for a permanent position at a luxury residential estate in North London.Key Responsibilities:Patrol inspections for buildings, commercial business, car parks and external routes as per prescribed routes and frequency as per your schedule from the Duty ManagerCompleting the patrol inspection reports and providing to office coordinator for review – any urgent issues to be raised immediatelyResponding to noise complaintsInvestigating short let properties onlinePatrolling the development and picking up litter to keep the site clean and tidyIssuing letters to offending apartments reference washing on balcony, door mats in communal parts, etcUpdating lease contraventions spreadsheet with supporting evidence and documentationAnswering phone calls and emails in a professional mannerWeekly inspection of The SpaAssisting Concierge when necessaryRemoving dogs from podiums / playgrounds / parksStopping ball games in podiums / playgrounds / parksCarrying out parking usage / availabilityPutting up and removing notices / letters within communal areasPosting of letters / notices / updates / fines / newsletters etcPlacing and removing traffic bollards / cones as per Duty Managers / Night Supervisor instructionTo inspect stains and damages of communal areas when reported and send photos and description via site pro app to the duty manager / head of operational supportDuring the silent hours changing bin bags in common areas and picking up litterMonitoring and reporting of non-permitted vehicles within the car parks and labeling with illegally parked stickersResetting of emergency door / gate release buttonsInvestigating fire alarms and resetting if appropriateMonitoring and reporting of commercial bin usage / misuseAttending events eg: Concert in the park and providing support where requiredAiding and supporting emergency services if called to the development or as directed by Duty Manager / Night SupervisorAny other ad hoc duties or reasonable management requestsCarry out a full and complete investigation of adverse events / criminal issues including CCTV clips and footage to support investigation.
