Are you the person who’ll enjoy joining our growing team at Bonus Trading?
You’ll answer calls and emails from our business customers about the packaging they are ordering to deliver their goods safely and efficiently.
There is an opportunity to earn up to an additional £2,900pa through our Bonus Scheme that you can join after the probation period.
Your role is to make sure telephone and email customer interactions are positive and satisfied. You'll answer customers' phone calls with enthusiasm and friendliness, respond to their enquiries and help them complete their order whilst remaining cheerful, polite and professional. Your accuracy is important as you'll then enter their orders into our Merlin business system for your warehouse colleagues to dispatch them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring telephone calls are answered promptly and that accurate messages are taken and passed to the appropriate person in good time
- Providing customers with information and prices
- Helping customers to complete their orders
- Processing and progressing sales orders and issuing credit notes for invoice queries
- Ensuring that the customers receive their orders on time, without discrepancies
- Communicating with our warehouse team to ensure any issues are resolved
- Supporting with admin such as samples/post/system updates
- Liaising with drivers to find delivery times when requested by customers. Developing customer relationships to enhance customer experience
KEY ATTRIBUTES

- Comfortable and confident communicating over the phone and email
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks competently
- Knowledge of MS Office

- Able to maintain accurate records
- Training will be provided on our internal Merlin system that handles orders, deliveries and invoices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
