Who are we?
Ty SA is a company that specialises in serviced accommodation across South Wales and the South West of England. We have been trading since 2019 and have grown considerably since then allowing us to reach to around 90 properties. We are now looking for a motivated individual to join our excellent, close-knit team to use their sales skills and knowledge to drive direct bookings.

The Role
For this role you will be responsible for driving direct bookings for our properties by using your extensive sales experience and client base. You will also be able to work in this role in the comfort of your own home and don’t worry, we can still catch-up through regular video calls and team meals/activities. Below are some of the roles and responsibilities associated with this role.
- Arranging and undertaking meetings to secure new business
- Maintaining existing relationships
- Monthly sales reports to directors
- Research business and market segments to generate new business opportunities
- Strong networking with clients and agencies to secure short- and long-term business
- Manage and review nightly rates against competitors on a weekly basis
- Meeting quarterly sales targets
What we are looking for
- Someone local to Cardiff/South Wales
- Someone with previous sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Strong sales skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Competency in IT
