Find your new job in our University Accommodation! An exciting opportunity has arisen for Reservations and Reception Advisors to join the Queen’s Accommodation team. As a member of this front of house team you will provide a courteous, efficient and effective service both face to face or over the phone or by email.
There are currently three accommodation sites, Elms BT1, (College Avenue), Elms BT2 (McClintock Street) and Elms BT9 (Elms Village) which are rated amongst the best and most modern in the UK, so you will be working in a vibrant environment with first class facilities. We therefore require applicants with a passion for customer service who enjoy meeting new people, and working in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
You will be initially based in one of the three accommodation hubs and will be required to work flexibly and rotate locations regularly. Working across a range of activities, including supporting conferences and out of term accommodation services. You will work in a shift rota over 7 days, which covers the reception opening hours of 07.30 - 21:00 Monday to Sunday, 365 days per year. In recognition of the flexibility required, a shift premium of 18% is paid in addition to the salary – circa £3,736.98 per annum.
