The Role
We have a fantastic new vacancy for a ‘Reservation & Events Agent’ to join our revenue team at the Holiday Inn in Peterborough.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar role in a branded hotel, but don't worry if you have not as we provide excellent training.
The role will support the revenue team in taking enquiries from guests booking both rooms and events in this busy hotel, so you will need excellent communication skills and attention to detail when processing reservations.
