Position: Reservations agent
Location: Victoria station, London (Home based when working weekends or a later shift)
Hours: Shift pattern
8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (occassional weekends)
We are Bristol’s leading serviced apartment & aparthotel company and we’re currently expanding our portfolio into London and Milton Keynes (and beyond). We are taking over the UK, region by region with our design-led, tech-driven apartments.
· Management of all communication with guests. This is via email and telephone.
· Take out-of-hour calls from existing guests who may have questions relating to the apartment.
· Answering incoming office calls
· Cleaning rota management. End-to-end management.
· Creating systems to ensure properties are kept to the highest standard.
· General administration office duties.
· You will be trained to use our payment system, allowing you to take payments from future guests.
· Dealing with complaints
· Targets to be hit (e.g. get individual review scores up)
· Creating a to-do list for the flats, e.g. missing items or maintenance
· Experience using Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor & Airbnb would be a big plus.
You do not need experience in the hospitality industry however you must have great organisation skills and be able to multitask. This is the most crucial part of this role. You will need to demonstrate previous experience in a role doing this.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,501.00-£29,500.00 per year

- Weekend availability
