Job description
We are looking for someone to join our Pre-Arrival Crew (our name for Reservations). The successful candidate will be based in either YOTEL Edinburgh Queen Street.
The role of PAC Crew (Reservations Agent) working at YOTEL is one of continued development and never a dull day! You will get to interact with our great guests before and during their stay, making sure their stay at YOTEL Edinburgh & YOTEL Glasgow is seamless – making you very important to us indeed! You must be passionate about customer service.
As a Reservationist you will answer all incoming calls and emails and be able to manage your workload in an organised and timely manner. Our ideal candidate will have experience with OTA channels and Opera cloud PMS although this is not essential.
