We are currently looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team at The Stafford London Hotel.
About The Stafford London

About the role, what will I be doing?
Reservations Agent is a first point of contact for all our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have the very best experience from the point of inquiry via telephone, email and face-to-face, as well as contributing towards promoting, selling and maximizing revenue whilst satisfying the guests’ expectations. You will also:
- ensure you are fully aware of all tariffs, promotions, facilities and current activities within the hotel, the area and London
- liaise with all departments and communicate any special requirements and requests of individual guests
- ensure that all reservations, inquiries & requests are confirmed in line with company policy
- ensure that the Property Management System is maintained with accurate records for clients, agencies and companies
- be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required
- ensure accuracy and attention to detail is maintained on all stages of reservations from the initial inquiry to the guest’s departure.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel working with a PMS (Opera) system is essential
- A passionate multitasking individual with a great personality and positive energy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in spoken and written English
- An understanding of exceptional levels of guest service
- Excellent telephone manner with a warm and welcoming disposition
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen desire to excel in profit targets
- And most importantly have passion for hospitality and willingness to learn.
