This position gives an opportunity to interact with guests, shine and deliver exception service.
We are delighted to say we are currently recruiting for an exceptional, full time, Reservations Agent to manage our Hotel, Food and Beverage & Golf bookings.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
·Answering calls/emails from guests to book Hotel, golf and dining reservations.
·Respond effectively to guest queries and ensure all departments are aware of any changes that are requested.
·Organising and adapting to problem solving.
·Working to the highest standards of financial and data security.
The role is offered on a 40 hour per week basis.
Ideally previous experience in a similar role is required however not essential.
