Key responsibilities
· To lead: Information Management at Fides, to ensure that all the information that passes through Fides is appropriately stored, coded and readily accessible. This involves the management of our database, as well as establishing a system to capture market intelligence (both from our network and open source) to ensure the most relevant and timely information is passed to our client.
· Mapping the market through publicly available information and the production of various types of client documentation.
· Researching articles, assisting in the delivery of events and administrative support in the distribution of content.
· Assist in the delivery of consultancy projects through desk based research and analysis on a project by project basis.
· Support on creation of our next phase of digital and print marketing materials and play an active role in the delivery of our social media strategy.
Opportunities
There are plenty of opportunities to develop within Fides, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside senior consultants on specific local and international projects, contacting candidates via telephone, screening calls, setting up meetings and attending these meetings in person. Our hope is for the right candidate to eventually progress to become a consultant/senior consultant.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided, however, experience in legal recruitment, Telephone/ tele sales is an advantage

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
