Candidates for senior roles will have solid organic chemistry knowledge and/or experience of the processes involved in oligonucleotide production, such as solid phase chemistry, purification techniques or analysis. With a background in a relevant sector, the postholder will be familiar with good laboratory practices, accurate record keeping and general laboratory housekeeping.
