Salary: £12 per hour (including a non contractual market supplement)
Location: Baycroft Great Baddow
Hours & Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week, 3 x 12 hour shifts 8am -8pm (Required to work every other weekend)

We are now recruiting a dynamic Care Assistant to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents. Along with personal or professional experience in caring for others, you should have a genuine interest in caring for vulnerable residents and be eager and willing to undertake further training.

And in return, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality.
- Working as part of a strong, talented team. • Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility and physical comfort.
- Reporting to our dedicated nursing team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues or visitors.
- Undertaking observations of our residents and documenting this as necessary in their care plans.
- Having a positive and friendly disposition.
- Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled
