Research Services
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31st January, 2024. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The role is within Research Finance, which provides overarching support, training and quality assurance for all research finance activity, including:
- research applications and budget monitoring;
- financial authorisation for applications;
- financial stewardship for live grants;
- provision of live grant information to support grant holders and faculties;
- financial reporting to sponsors and other external bodies;
- support to the management of studentships and grant administration.
In this role you would provide financial and developmental support towards standard and complex research projects within our EU/International research cluster throughout their lifecycle, from initial set up final costings.
