Reporting Analyst
Northampton
As a Barclays Reporting Analyst, you will be providing a first-class Customer Service for Business Clients, Employees, Managers and HR Colleagues. You will deliver regular reporting in line with governance and follow end-to-end data processes, such as data collation, processing, production, and presentation. You will be also responsible for adding business value by unlocking actionable insights from our Barclays’ People data using techniques and tools such as business intelligence platforms, machine learning and behavioral science.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. - Being responsible for providing a first-class Customer Service
- Following end-to-end data and reporting processes (data collation, consolidation, processing, production, analysis, presentation)
- Delivering numerous reporting responsibilities and down streaming processes such as headcount reporting, functional reporting or data integrity, data collation & production
- Resolving customer queries by analyzing and understanding the root cause and owning through to resolution
- Confirming correct levels of authorization are in place before undertaking work
- Seeking and delivering improvements and proactively reviewing process and documentation and requirements
- Supporting the self-service model by coaching collages on how to access their data, including access & profile amendments
- Managing the provision of a wide range of ad hoc MI reports and datasets to numerous customer groups to enable them to achieve their objectives
- Excellent Customer Service skills and experience, ability to deal with a varied customer base, including business customers & senior stakeholders
- High degree of proficiency in Excel and other Office 365 applications in a reporting capacity
- Experienced in the application of analytical and quantitative skills, preferably in Financial Services Industry
- Analytical thinking and understanding of data and basic business analysis to be able to collate, capture and present data as information
- Experience of using SAP, Ad hoc query, Workday reporting, QlikSense
- Business Objects Web Intelligence designer experience and/ or equivalent relationship database experience in a reporting capacity
- Understanding of HR processes and data
- Experience in using HR applications and systems

Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
