We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Holland and Barrett Supply Chain Team. A team that's is responsible for ensuring our customers can get what they want to fulfil there wellness needs, no matter where they are in the world. As a replenishment assistant you form a vital part of the supply chain process, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products arrive on time and in full.
The role manages forecasting, inbound service levels, inventory stock holding and availability across all own label Sports and Beauty Products. The role is responsible for ensuring we maintain availability across the portfolio of products across our depots, in store and online, ensuring promotions and new ranges are landed and maintained at the required levels. The role brings collaboration across several business units and manages the external relationship and customer service across third party suppliers.
- Manages the Purchase Order Management and Ordering
- Coordinates forecasts from multiple markets / customers and translates into order requirements that are shared with suppliers.
- Builds supplier relationships in order to improve stock availability and On Time In Full meeting targets
- Analyses low availability Categories in order to resolve supply issues with vendor base.
- Key focus is on Promotional stock levels and Range reviews
- Reviews store stock levels of key SKUS and sets up Manual Allocations where required
- Works closely with the depot team to manage supplier bookings and prioritise delivery of critical SKUs including any products on promotion
- Challenge and improve ways of working where there is a shortfall in performance. Ensuring we deliver Instore Availability target of at least 97%
- Provides KPIs, updates and general customer service for contract manufacturing customers and Internal H&B account managers
- You must have an ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interpret and process complex information to develop simple and insightful forecasts
- Ensure people deliver as expected, understanding issues and working collaboratively to develop solutions
