Job Description
As Repair & Maintenance Manager, you will be the lead on all engineering aspects on the account, from planned preventative maintenance (PPM), management of technical compliance, account liaison with UK&I Operational Performance – Technical, creation of the customers capital replacement plans (asset lifecycle), management of SSoW and key client stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the achievement of the critical / key performance indicators and service levels agreements and other associated measures as contracted
- Ensure the adherence to the contracts Master Service Agreement and all Technical deliverables
- Represent the account on internal networking forums
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organisation
- Be the single point of contact for technical service delivery in the account and as the escalation point for the appointed client stakeholder(s) on the account
- Creation & ownership of the clients lifecycle plan that algins to their strategic needs
- Ensuring contractual obligations for R&M and a very high level of technical compliance are met and delivered across the estate
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 products such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, Forms & Outlook
- M&E Asset Lifecycle Management
- PPM end to end processes and delivery
- Supplier management
- All elements of delivery and management of technical compliance
- National engineering delivery
- Self-starting, proactive & able to work independently with limited support
- An open & honest communicator, that has a passion for understanding technical issues & problem solving
- Takes responsibility & ownership of their deliverables who is driven to provide continuous improvement
