The Pharmacist Network are a clinical led organisation here to support GPs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy tech services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinically focused, highly motivated Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our team remotely.
The Role
As Senior Pharmacy Technician you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and technicians.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in supporting both experienced and new to GP practice pharmacists/technicians to embed within a PCN and deliver a high standard of service. You will be working with colleagues to help resolve clinical and operational related issues and provide clinical expertise to help to utilise and grow competency within the team. You will support with clinical protocols and training development.
As Senior Pharmacy Technician you will provide clinical supervision and mentorship for other pharmacists/ technicians You will support PCN’s by providing clinical leadership on team optimisation and quality improvement.
The role is pivotal to improving quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within general practice.
This role may include some patient-facing clinical time if desired.

The Skills
To be successful in this role you will be a supportive and motivated individual who enjoys working as a team leader.
You will have to be on or have completed the CCPE pathway.
Previous general practice experience is essential, and the use of clinical systems such as Emis or SystemOne is a requirement.
