As a Recruitment Consultant, the entire candidate experience starts with YOU. As part of our Private Household Staffing division you’ll be focusing on placing House Managers, Butlers, Household Couples, Head Gardeners, Chauffeurs, Personal Stylists and Wardrobe Managers, Lady's Maids, Chefs, Close Protection Officers and Security Staff, Personal Trainers and various other exciting domestic and private household roles into GLOBAL, HIGH PROFILE HOUSEHOLDS AND ESTATES AROUND THE WORLD.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a TOP PERFORMING recruiter or salesperson with at least 5 years’ experience who will join our domestic staffing division team.


  • Ambitious, sales driven and goal oriented individuals


  • A genuine passion for recruitment

  • Confidence in your communication style with a great command of the English Language

  • An analytical mindset to produce excellent research and results

  • Attention to detail is key


Your Responsibilities outlined


  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates within your specialist division and desk


  • Identifying, assessing and engaging with skilled candidates through proactive recruiting techniques

  • Business Development to include cold calling and networking

  • Client account management and client retention

  • Briefing the Recruitment Resourcers on individual mandates and on areas for growth within your specialist division and desk

  • Overseeing candidate vetting and background checks

  • CV advice and formatting

  • Interview planning and advice

  • CRM and ATS management

  • Working with your Direct Line Manager to strategise on advertising opportunities and on comms to our communities

  • Mentorship/training to junior consultants
