They have 77 years combined property tax experience, working with large, small and start-ups companies – fully understanding their clients’ exact requirements, in line with the assets, goals and objectives.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for organised and self-motivated Remote Office Manager to join their thriving team.

Remote Office Manager, the role:

Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is provided to all clients

  • Managing new client’s activities – full cycle from booking initial call to onboarding
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Identifying and setting up essential systems
  • CRM management
  • Supporting various projects across the business as required
  • Undertaking other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks for Managing Director as and if needed (including inbox management)

Remote Office Manager, perfect applicant:

  • Previous experience as a PA, EA or Office Manager in a fast-paced environment
  • “Doer” ideally coming from customer services role
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and task driven, working well under pressure and to the strict deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic with a great attention to detail
  • Flexible and resilient whilst working to a very high standard
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office and working with databases
  • Competent and problem-solver
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
