Do you have experience of working in a fast paced large and complex organization? Do you have the drive to deliver quality and improvement through engagement and values-based leadership? We are seeking a high quality and highly motivated Head of Digital Services who will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the departments within the Information and Digital Technology division of NHS Borders. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the ID&T required to support the delivery of NHS Borders services as well as advising the Leadership team on digital issues. They will manage a large budget and teams of staff responsible for the implementation of national and local programmes and priorities, and in the maintenance of the digital infrastructure of NHS Borders. This is an exciting and rewarding senior position where the postholder will have the opportunity to shape the future delivery of high quality, safe and effective digital services to support our clinical and corporate teams and to enable and facilitate service transformation.
