A superb opportunity for a HR Manager to join a leading European business in Doncaster.
This is an operational HR Manager position and would suit someone already operating at this level or a HR Business Partner looking for a step into people management. This role sits on the Senior Management Team which reflects the importance of HR in the business strategy. HR are a positive force in the business and their input and contribution are extremely well received across the whole business. The business have a strong ESG and EDI policies with some very impressive initiatives in place. The MD is supportive of new ideas and projects making this an exciting role.

You will lead a small HR and payroll team in Doncaster. This is a true generalist role in a growing business, offering a great working environment, holidays and benefits.
- Working in partnership with Management to lead the development of a robust HR strategy and contributing to the business strategy, underpinned by the company values.
- Maintain the forward-looking culture, centered around people and the business.
- Managing and developing the HR team, supporting them and giving them direction on what to focus their CPD on.
- Recruitment and retention, including the identification, attraction, and processing of high calibre and motivated candidates into the organisation with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
- Responsible for overseeing the recruitment and on-boarding process.
