What does being a Project Manager entail?
You will be a part of our team of Project Managers responsible for Dworkin customers all around the world. You will be responsible for the smooth running of projects focused on the delivery of centre technology programmes: These cover both the opening of new centres and the upgrade of services to the existing centre network in various countries around the world.
Your regular tasks will include:
- Taking care of the full cycle of the projects
- Planning, scheduling and assessment of requests coming from client in order to deliver project in given standards
- Scoping all projects, identifying resources and vendors to deliver, obtaining budget approval, and executing a clear project plan to deliver.
- Consultation with client representatives, third parties and other vendors.
- From time to time an onsite presence might be required to level up the Vendor’s experience and awareness of user’s real-life troubles.
- Preparing of regular status reporting to all levels of the business.
- Quality assurance.
What experience and qualifications do you need?
- Fluent English is must, any other language is advantage
- Relevant Project Management experience in IT
- All-round IT knowledge and overview
- Previous IT background and experience (e.g. on-site IT support) is a big advantage
