Job Description
Mitie has a great opportunity in The Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham. We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to join the Team on site, you will take a lead role on site on a daily basis. Your shift pattern will be discussed at interview with an hourly rate of £11.50, working a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. You will report into the sites Security Operation's Manager.
A typical shift will be 9 hours and can cover days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Duties will include:
- Access and Egress Control
- Completing all necessary paperwork & reports
- Conducting external patrols
- Conducting internal & external patrols
- Conducting internal patrols
- Following site specific procedures
- Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
- Maintaining the highest standards of security
The Candidate:

Working hours will primarily involve days with some nights on occasions. Shifts will be on varied rota pattern covering weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
