This is an amazing opportunity to join Britannia Hotels. We are a famous and well-established hotel group, boasting 60 hotels throughout the UK.
We are seeking an experienced and committed receptionist who will be available to work at any of our 60 Hotels across the country ranging from as North as the Coylumbridge Hotel in Aviemore to the Trecarn Hotel in Torquay.
As Relief Receptionist, you will be required to;
- Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
- Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
- Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Conduct cash handling and balancing floats.
- Answer telephones and taking messages.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
