We are a global leadership development provider, who support a very diverse group of CEOs, CFOs, HRD’s, CIO’s and other senior individuals from the FTSE 100/Global Corporations through to Private Equity companies and the Public Sector. Typically, our clients/members are responsible for company turnover/budgets ranging from £50m to £15bn. As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships and influencing at a senior level to ensure a bespoke Member service delivery that impacts company and individual performance. By successfully making a contribution to these individuals success you will also achieve on going engagement and thereby renewals, for which you are directly responsible for.
The ideal candidate will be a creative team player with strong business knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have a great team around you and will regularly engage with our Board Mentors and team members to deliver a timely service to each of the Members you’re responsible for. The outcomes and impacts you have will be considerable.
The way you interact will be diverse and also mean that you will regularly chair, attend, as well as participate in Criticaleye discussions and events with decision-makers and Thought Leaders from some of the world’s pre-eminent companies, public bodies, and consultancies.
