The EMEA HR Employee Solutions (ES) team supports the HR Business Partner, Talent Development and Diversity and Inclusion functions by completing and contributing to a number of operational processes. We execute this by understanding requirements, collaborating with HR stakeholders on processes and policies and working closely with our HR Service Centres.

What will you be doing?
Onsite Manager for Glasgow team - dealing with escalations and performance development
Work closely with the ES Team Manager on providing weekly updates on performance of team, escalations, risk items.
Responsible for Glasgow communication – highlighting local news, training and anything that may impact the team and reporting to ES Team Manager.
First point of contact for queries/escalations from team and stakeholders.
Lead monthly team planning meeting and assist with daily sub-team huddles where required.
Manage team metrics – creation and presentation to ES Senior team
Manage team action/improvement logs and risk tickets – prepare reports, identify gaps in knowledge and arrange necessary training
Continuous process improvement – implementation, communication, documentation
Maintain team Calendar of events to ensure prepared for monthly/annual tasks
Responsible for new joiners into ES, i.e. ensure first day arrangements and training plan in place
Assist with ad-hoc projects, i.e. transition of new processes into ES
Provide cover across ES during periods of absence/leave
What we’re looking for:
At least 5 years of HR Business Partner and/or process management experience
Management experience.
Proven experience of operational excellence – implementation and re-engineering of existing processes.
Customer service focused with a sense of urgency.
Competency in excel and power point skills required. Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.

Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels within the organization and with 3rd party service providers.
Effective problem solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision.
