We are seeking enthusiastic caring and compassionate applicants to expand the existing intermediate care team, working as a Rehabilitation Assistant; you will work under the guidance of the inter-disciplinary team (IDT) to contribute to the delivery of services based within Tickhill Road Hospital (TRH). Applications are welcomed from individuals who are interested in developing skills in rehabilitation, whilst providing a high quality, flexible patient centred service.
Applicants will need to have had previous healthcare experience and be able to demonstrate flexibility and commitment to working with people with complex and challenging needs using a creative and adaptable approach to meeting individual needs as an active member of an interdisciplinary team in delivering high quality patient centred care. Successful candidates will be offered Level 2 Healthcare qualification.
