We play a vital part in ensuring Pfizer’s medicines reach and maintain market position and are readily available to patients.
Across the Pharmaceutical Industry, Pfizer is considered one of the leaders in Regulatory Operations due to our innovation, design, and implementation of new technical solutions and process designs. This role focuses heavily on continuous improvements, project management, and change management initiatives which help us retain this “leaders in industry” vision.

  • Process re-engineering: Accountability for process development, decision making, and change management in the context of Global Regulatory Operations.
  • Communication and Change Management: Developing and maintaining instructional documents, procedures and guidelines to steer our state of continuous improvements.

  • Undergraduates are given the opportunity to improve a spectrum of skills including project management, communication and interactive skills through carrying out teamwork and global projects.
  • A Pfizer placement offers a steppingstone into the pharmaceutical industry in a company that has consistently been ranked amongst the top 100 graduate employers.
