Brand Awareness
Taking full ownership for new stores - Being curious and involved with the Property Function, knowing about all new opportunities - Making time to pro-actively look for new sites in my Area to support the growth of Savers - Aware of all local competitor activity, and flag all news to RGM and Property, encouraging my team to be more involved - Embedding and supporting new store team capability to maximise the store following a successful launch
Store Standards
Environment (clean & crisp) - Be the custodian of the visual presentation of all stores in your area, to ensure they represent the brand in the right way - Coach your store Managers in how to create a welcoming atmosphere for Customers and Colleagues
Best Availability - On all Store visits, lead by example, following the Stock Master Class 10 Step Principle - Build strong relationships with the Replenishment Team to deliver Company gap target - Put effective stock systems in place across all stores, to drive sales performance Smart Standards -Analyse, investigate and take action on all sales related KPI’s to drive and maximise performance of the Area, and the individual stores - Leads and directs the team on the delivery of the Commercial Plan
Great Customer Service
Proud and Smart - Raise the bar on our Colleague standards including; standards of dress, attention to detail both on the shop floor and in the back areas; and general cleanliness - Motivate the Store Teams to be proud of the Savers brand give them the skills to deliver the brand for the Customer
Always Offer More - Monitors the Area’s SAS performance daily and drives activities to achieve continuous improvement, and beat the Commercial budget - Drives a culture where the Stores recruit people with the right interpersonal skills to connect with our Customers, and offer great service - Role model the right behaviours on SAS – show your team how to deliver - Keep your team energised about SAS
Customer Offer
Deals - Lead your area to have a proactive seasonal plan by store - Each store has clear sell through locations identified, which don’t cause congestion for the customer
Strong “A Brand” Promo - Provide clear guidance to your team on Commercial Layouts and standards of execution - Coach the team to be clear on their accountability for Promo set up and price accuracy - Maintain model layout in all stores with discretional space clearly defined - Engage your Stores in fully embracing all strategic promo initiatives e.g promo pick up/footfall lines - Lead 100% compliance on promo
Range Authority - You lead the maintenance of the Commercial Model Store ensuring it is accurate and linked to Baywatch principles - Stock Master Class 10 steps are delivered consistently - You are clear with your team on validation of commercial layout moves and sign off any through agreement with RGM - Lead the delivery of balanced stock files through “hub and spoke” process
Sharpest Price
Build a local knowledge plan of your area and keep Commercial/RGM informed of any Competitor changes specifically layout and price - Put in place a store specific plan to ensure each store has accurate pricing in all locations - No customer complaints on pricing - Lead a proactive seasonal plan on pricing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in a fast paced retail environment in a similar position
Ability to lead a team and exceed targets
Proven track record of driving sales and store standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
