We have an exciting new opportunity for a Gas Team Leader to join us!
Reporting to the M&E Operations Manager you will manage a team of engineers to deliver a customer first approach to responsive and empty homes repairs, servicing and planned maintenance. You will embed a culture that is high performance ensuring quality and a focus on ‘fix first time’. You will ensure that all works meet the One Manchester Homes Standard.
What we’re looking for:
Experience of building and maintaining relationships with contractors, stakeholders and customers to continually improve services
Appropriate academic, professional qualification HNC/HND Building Services Engineering or equivalent and appropriate trade qualification (ACS, Level 3 Certificate in Energy Efficiency for domestic heating)
Up to date knowledge of gas and health and safety legislation and regulations and experience of maintaining and monitoring a safe working environment.
IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (or equivalent), or prepared to work towards.
Experience of working within the gas service, repair or installation industry and knowledge of building construction
Experience of managing gas quality audit inspections and domestic and commercial gas installations
Due to the nature of the role a full driving license is required.
