Job description
WHM Pet Group are looking for an Administrator to support the Purchasing and Trading Director at their office on the High Street, Holme on Spalding Moor, YO43 4AA. This new role is being introduced as a temporary role, with the potential to become a longer term arrangement.
Duties will require the role holder to be a competent Word and Excel user. Support work will include preparing pro-forma contracts, updating Excel spreadsheets with order details, delivery details etc. Other duties will include following up non conformance information, supplier details and compliance, supplier specifications etc.
Previous database experience will be beneficial for extracting information and reports from our Access Database - training will be provided for this.
We are expecting this role to be c.25 hours per week, and have some flexibility on how those hours are worked, 5 hours for 5 days, or 8 hours for 3 days.
