Job description
To support the Senior staff with the running of the medical ward on a shift by shift basis.
To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of care
To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework
We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within Unscheduled Care on ward 3/2 Nevill Hall Hospital. We specialise in Frailty and Care of the Elderly.

We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12 hour shift system or on a three shift system.
