Ward MSSU has a total of 31 medical short stay inpatient beds
- Patients mainly Ambulatory with 72 hour discharge plan
- Variety of medical conditions from cardiac to respiratory
- Friendly and supportive team with career progression
Ward MSSU is a 31 bed medical short stay ward. This is an exciting, fast paced and challenging ward to work on, with a fantastic multi-disciplinary team. We receive our patients from MAU and the Emergency department when they are in need of a short stay in hospital.
A necessity for this role is to have a broad general medicine base. The ideal candidates for these positions would be highly motivated and have a genuine desire to help people in every way they can and also provide the best health care across the board.
Our teams work hard to be flexible and promote a health work/home life balance and so, agile working options are automatically considered for all roles within the Trust.
