Pay Rate - £ 28 per Hours and 0.56p per mile

What you’ll be responsible for
As a Band 5 Nurse with strong clinical skills, clear decision-making, and good risk assessment skills, you will work within a cohesive team. You must have an empathic approach to enable and promote recovery. The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a high level of verbal and non-verbal communication skills. As a Band 5 Nurse you will find that much of your time is spent in face to face contact with our patients as this job puts patient care central to all that we do. A degree of flexibility in approach is required along with a willingness to learn whilst working in an environment that can at times be challenging.
The Aspen Centre aims to provide care which is modern, patient centred and of the highest possible standard. There is an emphasis on collaboration between the patient and the clinical team and the development of a therapeutic alliance.
You’ll have the following qualification/experience:
· A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Registered Nurse working in a metal
health setting in the last 3 years.
· Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current
nursing practices
· Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC
guidelines
· Undertake regular mandatory training*
*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
