Job description
Job Summary: Provides customer service to the CEC by interacting with the customer to address all inquiries. This position will be responsible for assisting with customer orders, researching, and following up with customer complaints, answering questions about products and services, emailing customers to update and resolve inquiries, and directing calls as needed.
Approved Work at Home States: Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, Iowa, Nevada, Florida
Hourly Rate of Pay: $15/hour
Training Available:Training will be Tuesday, August 8th through Friday, August 11th
- Afternoon training from 1pm-5pm
NESTING PERIOD - Required to take calls for 2 to 4 hours on any one of the following days
- Monday, July 14th
- Tuesday, July 15th
Shift Available:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- Work between hours of 1pm-7pm
This temporary position has the potential to become regular.
QualificationsYou'llNeed:
- A quiet workspace
- Must have a smartphone
- Will need to complete an Assessment, Virtual Interview, Computer Test, to meet the required specifications
- An approved headset will berequiredtopurchase(reimbursed by company)
- Must have your own PC that is hard-wired to theinternet (you can work from alaptop,but Wi-Fi/Wireless are not supported)
- PC must be less than 6 years old and running Microsoft Windows 10(Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
- Windows 10 must be
- CPU – 2.0 GHZ - 3.0 GHZ processor
- RAM – 8GB or more
- Drive – 256gb or more
- Must have computer and virus protection
- Must have anti-virus installed andup to date(Windows 10 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
