Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month seconded full or part time Band 6Deputy Clinical Leadon Ward One at UHD.
Ward One is 22 bedded acute Gastroenterology ward providing care for a wide range of patients with a plethora of conditions.
All applicants must demonstrate an energy, passion and enthusiasm for Gastroenterology and have experience of regular shift coordination, leadership, acute knowledge and skills in the care of the acute medical patients. They will be able to demonstrate extended scope of practice and ability to support the development of the Ward.
This role requires someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and is perfect for someone wishing to further develop their leadership and management skills.
The successful applicant would be required to work flexibly as per the needs of the service.
