Food & Beverage Supervisor (£11.50 to £13 per hour depending on experience)

Overview of Role:

To be accountable for the bar & restaurant service areas ensuring that all opportunities are maximized within the bar and restaurant and employees are developed in a structured manner. Offering customers the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support all food & beverage personnel by adopting a hands-on approach to all aspects of operational responsibility, undertaking floor duties as a matter of routine.
• Ensure all staff deliver excellent service standards on a consistent basis.
• Maximize upselling opportunities and spend per head at every opportunity.
• Ensure food service area is thoroughly cleaned daily.
• To deal with any customer(s) complaints or queries in an attentive and courteous manner.
• To be fully aware of all reservations bookings in advance and inform staff of same.
• To ensure orders are taken promptly and efficiently.
• Utilizing and maximizing company standard booking systems effectively.
• Stock control and assist with monthly stock take.
• To work as part of the team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being always flexible.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
