Job description

Deliver a patient centred style of practice that reflects and promotes the OUH Trusts beliefs and values of professional nursing practice and patient care, acting as a role model for other nursing staff. Provide expert clinical advice to nurses and members of the multi-disciplinary team. Set and maintain standards of practice, conduct and decision making and monitor staff compliance. Evidence this through audit process.

Promote effective communication and liaison with other health care professionals with ongoing responsibility for patient care. To be lead in management aspect of job efficiently such as setting health roster, initiating HR forms , recruitment process and team management in terms of appraisal and support.
