PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Relationship Manager- EPS is responsible for overseeing all client portfolios specifically assigned to them. They will work to
ensure client deliverables are managed and addressed as outlined and contracted in each client relationship profile.The
Relationship Manager-EPS is expected to develop strong cross functional relationships at the Senior Management level of our
clients’ organizations to effectively identify and capitalize on all business opportunities. They are responsible for proactively
following up on all requests and managing both client requests and AST business objectives as outlined by Sr. Leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Relationship Manager-EPS is expected to develop strong cross functional relationships at the Senior Management level of our

following up on all requests and managing both client requests and AST business objectives as outlined by Sr. Leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing and retaining client relationships
- Independently execute client visits and perform service reviews
- Responsible for increasing client satisfaction and references
- Ability to construct and negotiate contracts and ensure contract accuracy
- Ensure that collection activity is executed within own book of clients, as outlined in client contracts (30/60/90 days)
- Responsible for overseeing corporate actions such as stock splits, tenders, and mergers.
- Ensure optimization with client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities
- Create and keep current account plans and keep client contracts current
- Utilize SalesForce to keep each Client Profile current and accurate
- Address customer concerns and complaints in timely and accurate manner
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Schedule regular meetings as needed with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Bachelors Degree required with 5-10 years of experience in Employees Plan as a Service Manager or Relationship
- Customer service-focused individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate complex information to clients in a simple manner
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to establish rapport and trust with clients
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Some business travel required
- Attention to detail
- CEP certification an asset
- SME on stock option, restricted stock/unit and performance awards and ESPPs
